🐞 Bugs are issues you or other users are encountering that is unexpected. If existing behaviour does not support new requirements, it is not a bug, but 💬 product feedback.
🗃️ Exporting data is for any request where you need a csv of data you cannot with a reasonable amount of effort pull through Retool yourself.
🔏 A data update or one-off request is intended for when you need to change data to show something different on the platform, change access or statuses (eg. pushing through 2FA) of users or any other action that you cannot with a reasonable amount of effort do through Retool & make yourself.
